David V. Day, P.E, D.F.E, C.W.I

David Day has over 39 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering in the private sector. David has overseen the construction of multi-million dollar facilities including power plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, commercial and industrial construction. As a certified Welding Inspector (CWI), he has written quality control procedures, welding procedures, and performed countless field inspections. As an Engineering consultant, David specialized in geotechnical and structural for commercial and residential construction. David also has an extensive background in Forensic Engineering and has served as an expert witness on numerous occasions. David recently authored “Defying the Odds”,” a true narrative of his battle in exposing incompetence and corruption within the Texas Department of Insurance, one of the most powerful state agencies in Texas. David V. Day is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, and a Certified Welding Inspector in Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Arnulfo F. Escamilla, P.E.

Arnulfo Escamilla Jr. has over 5 years of Structural and Civil Engineering in the public sector.  Arnulfo has designed and overseen numerous new constructions and additions for residential and commercial structures in the Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, and Rockport areas.  As a Forensic Engineer he has diagnosed over 200 residential and commercial sites for damage associated with hail and high wind between Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida.  Arnulfo has 10 years of construction and restoration experience in the city of Houston and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  Arnulfo is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, and is a certified Remote Pilot drone operator with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
